    Pro Silva Ireland is delighted to announce new 2020 dates for training on early transformation to CCF in Sitka spruce plantations. The course is now well established and has received strong positive feedback from previous participants. This is currently the only training course related to Sitka spruce plantation transformation in Ireland.

    Pro Silva Ireland endorses the Close-to-Nature continuous cover professional forest management systems of Pro Silva Europe, that have been practised in European countries since the mid 20th century.

    Pro Silva Ireland Members can join study tours to Europe where CCF forestry is more established: Slovenia, Austria, Germany, France, Britain, and many other countries.
