Pro Silva Ireland organises invaluable workshops across Ireland, led by leading CCF foresters and the Pro Silva Ireland committee. Members and non-members are welcome to attend these valuable training days, get advice and meet other members.
Pro Silva Ireland members can join study tours to Europe where CCF forestry is more established.
The annual study tour provides opportunities for networking with like minded forest owners and foresters with technical expertise from Ireland and Europe
New members receive a FREE copy of our Guide to Continuous Cover Forestry Practice in Ireland by forester and Pro Silva Ireland committee member, Sean Hoskins. This book provides very practical guidelines on implementing continuous cover forestry management practices.
When you join Pro Silva Ireland, you will be added to our mail list and will be sent periodical newsletters, reports on study tours and notice of other Pro Silva Ireland activities. You will also be eligible to participate in workshops and local and international study tours.
